Don't let the Council chamber remain a Lib Dem echo chamber

Almost everyone I speak to on the campaign trail is amazed when they find out the Conservatives have no councillors.

Yes we were trounced 4 years ago when the elections occured at the height of the unforgivable "partygate" disgrace.  But we still polled over a quarter of all votes, 27%.  The Lib Dems came to an arrangement with the Greens so that no Green candidates stood in Twickenham Riverside and other wards.  They themselves stood aside in 5 seats to allow 5 Green ccuncillors off the back of only 5% of the vote.  As a result they now have 49 councillors from 55% of the vote.

We all know the dangers absolute powere brings.

These elections are about how much Council Tax you pay and how it's spent.  I urge you to use your vote to bring some accountability to the council chamber.
