Lib Dem Council salary bill has doubled since Covid with head count up 22%

Without opposition, the Lib Dems and Greens have been spending your Council Tax on higher pay.  The total bill has doubled in 6 years.  The UK norm is a rise of 28%.  Promotions to higher salary bands camourflage inflation busting pay increases and have led to the ludicrous situation where 55% of all Council employees are on managerial salaries.

Meanwhile, head count has increased by 22%.
